Assessment

Assess a Property

Fill in what you know - ACCESS computes six criteria automatically from the hard numbers, derives two from structured inputs, and guides you through the two judgement calls. Scores update live.

⚡ Got a sponsor pack? Drop the PDF here (or click) and ACCESS will read it and pre-fill the form.

01 · The Property

Not every deal needs to tick every box. Score this property against the board weights or a saved weighting scenario (Client Setup) - e.g. a partner event with zero media value but big revenue upside.

02 · The Money

Media value: the figure from a licensed valuation report (e.g. Nielsen QI) or a clearly marked estimate - never present an estimate as a QI figure. Revenue: your projected incremental revenue from this deal. Both score as multiples of total deal value (cash + contra). Left blank, they lower data completeness rather than the score.

03 · The Audience

Audience descriptors are set per client in Client Setup.

04 · Rights & Content

Tick the rights this deal actually includes. The list itself is curated per client in Client Setup (a longer library lives there) - Content Potential scores off how many are contracted here.

05 · Competitive Position

06 · Judgement Calls

⚡ AI tools research live sources and pre-fill suggestions only - every final score is the assessor's call.

    Category Intelligence

    Conflict Registry

The verified incumbent relationships in this client's protected category. Anything here marked BLOCKED is the do-not-approach list; ACCESS auto-blocks any assessed property whose category status says a named competitor holds it. Re-verify before every negotiation - deals lapse.

    Client Setup & Methodology

Everything client-specific lives here: brand, audiences, category, term, tiers, targets and weights. The scoring engine itself never changes - so every client is assessed with the same rigour, tuned to their world.

    Client & brand

Shown to the assessor as the question above the Brand Fit rubric - word it in the client's language.
These become the Territory options on Assess and drive the territory-coverage target.
Each stream gets its own projected-revenue field on Assess; Revenue Return scores their sum as a multiple of deal value. Leave as one stream if the client doesn't split revenue.
These become the Rights & Content checklist on Assess; Content Potential scores off how many are contracted per deal.

    Contract term & key windows

Events outside the term are auto-blocked. Leave blank to disable term blocking.
Timing Alignment scores 5 for properties landing inside a window, 4 within four weeks before one. The dashboard calendar highlights window months.

Verdicts. Blocked = competitor conflict, high brand-safety risk, or outside the contract term - regardless of score. Progress = weighted ≥ 75 and raw ≥ 75% of the assessed criteria. Develop = weighted 60–74. Decline = under 60. Weight 0 = excluded: a criterion weighted 0 (in the board weights or a saved scenario) isn't scored, shown, or counted at all - not every deal needs to tick every box. Data completeness. Scores compute over the assessed criteria only; the completeness bar shows how much of the active weighting has data. Under 80%, the verdict is PROVISIONAL, the score panel lists exactly what's missing, and the property doesn't count toward slate targets until finalised.

    Criterion labels & weights

The left column is the standard ACCESS criterion - locked, because the math behind it never changes. Rename the label on the right for the client's language (e.g. "Timing Alignment" becomes "Holiday Alignment" for a travel brand) - it's used everywhere, radar included - then hit Save client workspace. Weights must sum to 100; the inputs won't let you go past it.
Save weights sets the board default. To keep alternative weightings (e.g. Partner Events, CSR, Brand Building), set the grid, name it, and Save scenario - each property then picks its benchmark on Assess. Weighting a criterion 0 excludes it entirely: not every deal needs to tick every box.

    Workspace & data

One board = one client. Use the Board switcher in the header to move between clients. Save client workspace applies everything on this page; Export workspace (Pipeline page) downloads the board as JSON for backup or hand-off, and Import restores or merges one.
